Return & Exchange
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return unsuitable items back to us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt.
To ensure a smooth process, please include your order number, the item number of the return product which is listed in the invoice and your contact telephone number. Customer Service will contact you confirm your return request. After your request is approved, you can send the product to us by post.
Only products in unopened, unused, unworn, and their original conditions are eligible for exchange or return. The item must also be returned in the same condition - including all labels, hang tags and the original packaging - as when you received it.
Below products are NOT eligible for exchange, return:
- Personalised / Customised Item
- Pre-order products
- On Sale products
- Products / Gifts / Service given from promotions / giveaways / contests / sweepstakes
If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be responsible for the return postage.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please inform us the details of the defects by photographs as well.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you shortly when your refund will be processed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of the item(s) will be credited to your original payment method. The credited amount should be processed by PayPal or the credit company within 14-30 days. Once the refund process is completed, we will send you an email notification.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
For exchange, only exchange of similar products or models at the same or lower price is available. Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product.
